A unique collection of seventy five posters by Lichtenstein, considered to be one of the largest and most comprehensive in the world, published over a period more than 35 years.
The exhibition offers a survey of his art, from the early comic-strip scenes to the landscapes of his later years. The art of Roy Lichtenstein (1923-1997) offers a prime example for the constant change of tastes during the 20th century. Renowned for his sense of humour and the absurd, Roy Lichtenstein remains today one of the most popular and sought-after artists.
